About The Position

As a Houseperson, you help create enjoyable and comfortable guest experiences by helping the hotel feel like home. The role involves active work throughout guest floors and public areas and requires flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is high-energy and involves substantial standing or sitting, carrying and lifting, walking, bending or twisting, and climbing stairs.

Requirements

• At least one month of related experience.
• Passion for customer service.
• Ability to work seamlessly with others, collaborate within a diverse team, and remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to carry and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the cleanliness of guest-floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public areas.
• Empty Room Attendant carts of soiled linen and trash.
• Flip mattresses and move furniture as needed.
• Greet guests encountered during the shift with a friendly smile.
