About The Position

Laundry Attendants help keep hotel linens clean, crisp, and presentable for guests. The role involves washing and drying hotel linens and guest laundry to help maintain a clean and healthy environment during guests’ stays. It is an active position requiring movement throughout the workday and flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and other team members.
• Ability to learn quickly, stay calm under pressure, and work effectively with limited supervision.
• Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand or sit, carry or lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend or twist, and climb stairs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel laundry or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, sort, and store clean linens, towels, napkins, and tablecloths.
• Operate equipment to sort, weigh, wash, dry, iron, fold, or package hotel laundry items.
• Maintain linen supplies at the specified supply level.
• Clean machines and surrounding areas.
