About The Position

This full-time position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring the hotel's common spaces, pool area, and exterior grounds are consistently clean, safe, and welcoming. The Houseperson also assists the front desk with guest requests and provides courteous, professional assistance throughout the property.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Assist the front desk in responding to guest requests, including delivering items, handling service needs, and providing general assistance.
• Serve as a visible, friendly presence throughout the property and interact with guests courteously and professionally.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and public restrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area.
