About The Position

The Houseperson helps create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness of designated hotel areas, assisting guests, supporting room cleaning, organizing housekeeping supplies, completing periodic deep-cleaning projects, and reporting maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in designated public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash.
• Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, and assist with room cleaning as needed.
• Stock and organize supply rooms to support housekeeping operations.
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
• Identify and report repair needs or maintenance deficiencies.
