About The Position

The Steward Dishwasher helps keep kitchen and dining areas clean and supports memorable guest experiences through dependable hospitality. The role cleans serviceware and cooking equipment, maintains supply levels and kitchen cleanliness, prepares serviceware for banquets and functions, and helps train new stewards. Team members must follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Requirements

• Demonstrate hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, accountability, urgency, and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils; scrub pots and pans; and burnish silver.
• Keep supplies and equipment well stocked and organized.
• Perform kitchen cleaning tasks, including mopping and trash removal.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor new stewards to strengthen team performance.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
