About The Position

As a Food Server at Spencer's for Steaks and Chops at Hilton Salt Lake City Center, you provide food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences. You bring a friendly, upbeat approach to guest interactions and look for ways to make each meal special. You learn menu items, promotions, and specials; take and enter orders; and promptly deliver completed orders. You also keep the food service station stocked, clean, and organized, and follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude, proactively seeking ways to make their meal experience special.
• Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly and accurately.
• Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
