About The Position

The Houseman supports hotel housekeeping operations by cleaning guest rooms and public areas, restocking guest supplies, handling laundry and linens, and keeping housekeeping carts and closets organized. The role also assists with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training as needed. Candidates should be prepared for physically active work throughout the shift and a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• Customer service mindset and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, and remain on one's feet for the whole shift.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas, including making beds and cleaning bathrooms.
• Restock towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities.
• Sort laundry, operate laundry machines safely, and handle linens.
• Keep housekeeping carts and closets organized.
• Assist with deep cleaning and special projects.
• Participate in team training when needed.
