About The Position
Join our team as a Houseperson! We’re looking for hardworking and loyal people to become Housepersons. This is a chance to join a family-like crew where you’ll help make our place the best spot for guests. We are recognized as the #1 workplace in Hampton Roads 2025. This is a full-time position with flexible shifts and days, including shifts from 7am-3pm and 4pm-11pm, with Sunday-Sunday availability required.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and work ethic to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Ability to exert physical effort in carrying out job duties.
Nice To Haves
- Experience preferred or training provided.
Responsibilities
- Ensure public spaces are kept clean.
- Assist housekeepers in removing trash and linens from rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Engineering department.
