About The Position

The Houseman supports hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction by cleaning guest rooms and public areas, replenishing guest supplies, handling laundry and linens, and keeping carts and storage areas organized. The role also assists with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training as needed. It requires physical stamina, a customer-service mindset, and schedule flexibility, including availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• A customer service mindset and friendly, helpful attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, squat, and remain on one's feet throughout the shift.
• Flexible schedule and availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas, including making beds and cleaning bathrooms.
• Restock towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities.
• Sort laundry, operate laundry machines safely, and handle linens.
• Keep carts and closets organized.
• Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training as needed.
