About The Position

The Housekeeping Teammate advocates for guests and helps provide a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. The role involves presenting oneself professionally, maintaining a neat and clean work area, filling guest orders carefully and efficiently, and supporting front-end operations. Duties include greeting guests, bagging groceries, performing price checks, loading carts, carrying groceries to guests’ cars, and operating the bottle return area safely. The teammate also maintains front-end supply levels, communicates new policies and promotions to guests, and performs other duties as assigned while following company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, make eye contact, and thank each guest served.
• Provide a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guests’ expectations.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code and personal grooming policy.
• Work safely and maintain a neat and clean work area in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Fill guest orders carefully and efficiently, including bagging groceries, performing price checks, loading carts, and carrying groceries to guests’ cars.
• Operate the bottle return area safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels of front-end supplies.
• Communicate new policies and promotional programs to guests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
