About The Position

Provides fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to Price Chopper customers. Prepares, bakes, and merchandises bakery products under the direct supervision of the Bakery Manager or First Clerk to support sales. Maintains a clean and sanitized workstation in accordance with corporate and state sanitation regulations. The position is part-time at the Lenox Market 32 location, with a listed pay range of $15.75–$20.00.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bakery operations in the retail store, including preparation, baking, merchandising, and final presentation of bakery products.
• Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service, including smiling, making eye contact, and thanking customers.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards.
• Assist with or create customer special orders, such as cake orders.
• Operate bakery department equipment, including ovens, mixers, and utensils.
• Follow corporate and state sanitation regulations and maintain a clean workstation.
• Follow state and corporate safety standards.
• Control shrink by adhering to related policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
