About The Position

Allegiance is hiring a bilingual Spanish/English Housekeeping Supervisor for a manufacturing facility. The supervisor will lead an assigned building or area and ensure the facility remains clean and meets expectations. The role includes coordinating and supervising departmental activities, enforcing custodial workflows, and maintaining communication with the client and facility personnel to ensure custodial contract needs are met. The position also promotes the company’s culture, values, and management philosophy. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. On-the-job training is available.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong service and quality mindset.
• Professionalism.
• Proven computer skills.
• Must have own transportation.
• Must have a valid and updated Kentucky driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred.
