About The Position
Allegiance is hiring a Bilingual 2nd Shift Housekeeping Supervisor for a manufacturing facility in Louisville, Kentucky. The role leads an assigned building or area and ensures the facility is kept clean and meets expectations. The supervisor assists with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising department activities; enforces custodial workflow standards; and communicates with the client and facility personnel to ensure their custodial-contract needs are met. The position also demonstrates and promotes the company’s culture, values, and management philosophy, and performs other duties as assigned. On-the-job training is provided. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Pay is $18.50 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a related field.
- Experience managing custodial operations.
- Proven experience motivating and training staff.
- Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong service and quality mindset.
- Professionalism.
- Proven computer skills.
- Must have own transportation.
- Must have a valid and updated Kentucky driver’s license.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
