About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations at Residence Inn Fort Lauderdale Plantation, ensuring rooms, facilities, and equipment meet cleanliness and sanitation standards. The role leads and motivates Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication and hands-on training, and supports smooth daily operations through inspections, reporting, and productivity checks. The supervisor also handles lost-and-found items, maintains key control, and manages access to sensitive areas. The position steps in for the Housekeeping Manager when they are away. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and 2–3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required. College coursework in a related field is a plus, and previous supervisory experience is preferred. Full-time hires become eligible for the described benefits after an initial waiting period.
