About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations and helps ensure guests have a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. The role leads and motivates Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication and hands-on training, monitors operational standards and productivity, and steps in for the Housekeeping Manager when needed. The supervisor also supports safety and security procedures, including lost-and-found handling, key control, and access to sensitive areas, while maintaining high sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout the facilities and equipment. The position is based at Four Points by Sheraton Orlando International Drive, a fast-paced hospitality property serving leisure guests, theme-park travelers, and business groups. The hotel offers guest rooms, an outdoor pool and bar, on-site dining, complimentary Wi-Fi and Universal Orlando shuttle service, and flexible event space.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two to three years of experience in a hotel or related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Nice To Haves

College coursework in a related field.
Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
Lead, motivate, and train Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication and hands-on support.
Step in for the Housekeeping Manager when the manager is away.
Handle lost-and-found items carefully and maintain key control.
Manage access to sensitive areas, including master keys, storage rooms, and secure files.
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards across facilities and equipment.
Promote safety and ensure housekeeping operations meet established standards.
