About The Position

This role is accountable and responsible for maintaining a safety culture by following all SOP’s, JSA’s, Policies and Procedures as set out by Target Hospitality. The position involves cleaning and maintaining all common areas of the Target Hospitality facilities, including floors, doors, hallways, shampooing carpets, and entrances. It also includes washing, drying, and folding linens such as sheets, towels, blankets, and comforters. Making beds and cleaning all aspects of rooms daily, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping, cleaning washrooms, closets, windows, and mirrors, are key duties. The role requires directing a team to ensure compliance with standards, policies, and S.O.P.’s, and reporting any guest infractions related to property damage or guest rules to management. Maintaining an accurate count of cleaned rooms and ensuring rooms comply with community standards are also responsibilities. Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms, replenishing guest room items, and maintaining a clean and organized housekeeping cart with necessary PPE are essential. Ensuring proper chemical handling according to the Target Hospitality HSE program is crucial. The role involves restocking, distributing, and maintaining the cleanliness of housekeeping areas, including housekeeping rooms and laundry. Exceeding guest needs through world-class customer service, attending safety meetings, and participating in emergency response procedures are also part of the job. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

Must be able to follow all SOP’s, JSA’s, Policies and Procedures
Must be able to clean and maintain common areas, including floors, doors, hallways, carpets, and entrances
Must be able to wash, dry, and fold linens
Must be able to make beds and clean all aspects of rooms daily, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping, cleaning washrooms, closets, windows, and mirrors
Must be able to direct a team
Must be able to report guest infractions to management
Must be able to maintain a correct count of cleaned rooms
Must be able to ensure rooms are in compliance with community standards
Must be able to clean and sanitize washrooms, sinks, toilets, showers, and floors
Must be able to replenish guest room items
Must be able to maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart with necessary PPE
Must ensure all chemicals are dispensed, used, and stored in compliance with the Target Hospitality HSE program, policies, and procedures
Must be responsible for restocking, distributing, and maintaining the cleanliness of housekeeping areas
Must be able to provide world-class customer service
Must attend all safety meetings
Must participate in Target Hospitality emergency response procedures

Responsibilities

Accountable and responsible for maintaining a safety culture (following all SOP’s, JSA’s, Policies and Procedures) as set out by Target Hospitality
Clean and maintain all common areas of the Target Hospitality facilities. This is to include, but not limited to, floors, doors, hallways, shampooing carpets and entrances
Wash dry and fold linens to include but not limited to sheets, towels, blankets and comforters
Make beds and clean all aspects of rooms daily. Cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to: making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping/moping, cleaning washrooms, closets, windows and mirrors
Direct the team under your supervision to ensure compliance with standards, policies and S.O.P’s
Report to management any guest infractions in relation to property damage or guest rules
Maintain a correct count of all rooms cleaned in the dorm/floor following the assignments given by the head housekeeper
Accountable and responsible for ensuring rooms are in compliance with community standards
Clean and sanitize washrooms. This is to include but not limited to, sinks, toilets, showers and floors
Replenish items in guest rooms (e.g. facial tissue, toilet paper and body wash)
Maintain a clean and well-organized housekeeping cart which is to be equipped with necessary PPE
Ensure all chemicals are dispensed, used and stored in compliance with the Target Hospitality HSE program, policies and procedures
Responsible for restocking, distributing and maintaining the cleanliness of the housekeeping areas to include the housekeeping rooms and laundry
Exceed our guests needs by providing world-class customer service
Attend all safety meetings and participate in Target Hospitality emergency response procedures
