About The Position

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is seeking a Public Area/House Attendant to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of public areas, back-of-house spaces, and restrooms. The role helps ensure these areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked, meeting Four Seasons standards and supporting a safe, welcoming guest experience. The successful candidate will provide courteous assistance to guests and demonstrate knowledge of the Resort. Legal work authorization in the United States is required.

Requirements

• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Availability for scheduled days and times that may vary based on business needs; weekend and holiday availability is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and push or pull as needed during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest corridors and public areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and general upkeep.
• Clean mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators, doors, and other public fixtures, keeping them free of marks.
• Clean and maintain service elevator landings, stairwells, and linen storage rooms by sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Remove trash and debris from assigned public and back-of-house areas.
• Inspect and clean lobby restrooms throughout the shift, sanitizing and maintaining all surfaces.
• Restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, soap, hand towels, and guest amenities.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in public spaces in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide directions and answer general guest questions to support a welcoming lobby experience.
