Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
Six months prior housekeeping management experience
Read, write and speak English fluently
Experience in scheduling needs
Experience in efficient and timely cleaning of rooms
No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others
Pre-employment drug test and background check required

Nice To Haves

The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful

Responsibilities

Communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests
Inspecting guestrooms and public areas to ensure they meet standards of cleanliness
Reporting all unsafe conditions
Report room status' to Front Desk
Follow up on guest complaints/requests regarding services
Inspect guestrooms for maintenance or repairs
Assist in training, coaching and development of team members
Prepare and inspect VIP rooms
Attend all mandatory meetings
