We’re currently seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping team , a natural people person with an analytical mind, who can do everything from streamline a bumpy process to stock a supply cart. The Housekeeping Manager is a natural at identifying challenges, makes reasonable and insightful assumptions, and motivates everyone on the team by showing them the rewards of providing outstanding service. Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in a luxury hotel setting
- Advanced knowledgeable of housekeeping operations
- A strong leader
- A proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
Nice To Haves
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
