About The Position
Crystal Springs Resort is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Lobby Attendants to help maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience throughout our resort. The Lobby Attendant is responsible for ensuring all public spaces are clean, organized, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
Requirements
- Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work outdoors during summer months.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby and public restrooms, stairwells, linen rooms, guest laundry facilities, fitness center/gym, elevators, hallways, banquet and event spaces, game rooms, and gift shop display cases.
- Respond to guest room service calls.
- Perform lobby clean-up and upkeep.
- Handle deliveries and pickups.
- Cross-train in guest room cleaning.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
