About The Position

The Housekeeping Houseperson supports the housekeeping department at The Singer Oceanfront Resort by delivering linens and supplies, keeping carts stocked, and maintaining clean public areas. The role responds to guest requests in a friendly manner and assists with special projects and deep cleaning. The Housekeeping Houseperson works collaboratively with the housekeeping team and follows safety and sanitation standards to help provide guests with a clean, safe, and comfortable stay.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping or related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean linens, towels, and other supplies to guest rooms.
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain an inventory of supplies.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including corridors, elevators, and lobbies.
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Support the housekeeping team with special projects and deep cleaning tasks.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to support efficient operations.
