About The Position

The Housekeeping Houseperson supports the housekeeping department by delivering linens and supplies, maintaining housekeeping carts and inventory, and keeping public areas and assigned spaces clean. The role also involves responding to guest requests, assisting with special projects and deep-cleaning tasks, and working collaboratively with the housekeeping team to support efficient operations. The position requires following safety and sanitation standards and providing a clean, comfortable environment for guests.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping or related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver clean linens, towels, and other supplies to guest rooms.
Restock housekeeping carts and maintain inventory of supplies.
Clean and maintain public areas, including corridors, elevators, and lobbies.
Empty trash and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
Support special projects and deep-cleaning tasks.
Follow safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations.
