About The Position
Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is hiring a Housekeeping Houseperson for its property overlooking Torrey Pines Golf Course and the La Jolla coastline. The hotel has event space, dining options, and 394 rooms. The role supports a clean, well-maintained hotel and memorable guest experiences by keeping designated public areas clean, assisting guests and room-cleaning operations, managing supplies, completing periodic deep-cleaning projects, and reporting maintenance needs. Schedule flexibility and the ability to communicate in English are expected; previous hotel housekeeping experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in designated public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash.
- Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, and assist with room cleaning as needed.
- Stock and organize supply rooms to support housekeeping operations.
- Perform periodic deep-cleaning projects, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
- Identify and report repair needs or maintenance deficiencies.
