Housekeeping Associate- Full Time Days
About The Position
Sagewood is hiring a full-time daytime Housekeeping Associate for its Independent Living community in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves keeping resident apartments and shared areas clean, maintaining equipment and supplies, protecting resident confidentiality, and following safety protocols. The position pays $17–$19 per hour and is scheduled from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., on varied days with occasional weekends. Housekeepers work in a resort-style senior living community and contribute to residents’ well-being. Sagewood provides orientation, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Be able to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
- Be able to lift up to 30 pounds independently.
- Be able to perform moderate to heavy physical effort, including prolonged standing and walking.
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform general housekeeping duties in apartments and shared areas.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.
- Uphold resident confidentiality.
- Follow safety protocols, including driving a golf cart if necessary.
- Operate cleaning equipment effectively.
