About The Position

The Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate is responsible for cleaning areas of the facility in accordance with expectations of the center’s leadership team. This is an as-needed PRN position at Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a service-related field.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and sanitation expectations.
• Maintain Environmental Services uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
• Report hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership to recommend improvements to the patient experience.
• Identify under-serviced or un-serviced areas and determine how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Use supplies and resources correctly to eliminate waste.
