About The Position
The Housekeeper works at The Wellington at North Richland Hills, a Sonida Senior Living independent living community in North Richland Hills, Texas. The role monitors supplies and equipment, follows cleaning schedules for residents’ apartments and common areas, performs housekeeping and janitorial work and minor repairs, tracks repair requests, and provides laundry services as needed. Requirements
- Experience in senior living or a similar environment.
- Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to senior residents.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory of chemicals, supplies, and equipment needed for laundry and housekeeping tasks.
- Become familiar with cleaning schedules for residents’ apartments and common areas and ensure housekeeping tasks are completed.
- Perform housekeeping and janitorial tasks and minor repairs as assigned.
- Ensure other janitorial and repair requests are properly logged and monitor their completion.
- Provide laundry services as needed or directed.
