About The Position

Green Lea Senior Living is hiring an as-needed Housekeeper in Mabel, Minnesota. This in-person position helps keep the community clean, safe, and comfortable for residents. The housekeeper fills in when extra help is needed and picks up shifts without a set schedule. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role may suit students, retirees, or others seeking additional income and flexible scheduling. Pay is $15.00–$18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
• Reliable when committing to a shift.
• Must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position, with reasonable accommodations considered upon request.
• Applicants may be subject to a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Housekeeping experience is a plus; no experience is required, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and empty trash.
• Restock supplies.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow cleaning, safety, and infection-control procedures.
