About The Position

The Housekeeper provides housekeeping services for residents, helping make each area a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live. The role also keeps shared spaces—including the lobby and employee break room—tidy, clean, and organized. This is a full-time position at Pinnacle Groves in Rogers, Arkansas, with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The pay range is $15–$17.75 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency with residents.
Have a positive, energetic attitude and a strong interest in serving residents.
Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds and push or pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Have good physical health verified by a physician's health screening conducted no more than six months before or seven days after employment, and test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of screening.
Be criminally cleared.
