About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Dishwasher at Vitalia Rockside in Seven Hills, Ohio. The role pays $15–$17.75 per hour and is scheduled Mondays and Sundays from 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Dishwasher helps keep the kitchen clean and orderly and supports coworkers as needed, including operating the dish machine, helping with food preparation, bussing tables, and running food. The role involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and frequently lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency with residents.
Must have a positive, energetic attitude and enjoy working with residents.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
Must value cleanliness and orderliness.

Responsibilities

Keep the kitchen clean and orderly.
Operate the dish machine when requested.
Assist with food preparation when needed.
Bus tables and run food as needed.
Help coworkers and remain flexible in response to kitchen needs.
