About The Position

The Housekeeper provides housekeeping services for residents, making each area a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live. The role also maintains shared spaces—including the lobby and employee break room—so they are tidy, clean, and organized. This is a part-time position at Pinnacle Groves in Rogers, Arkansas, with a schedule of Friday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Pay is $15–$17.75 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of eighth-grade proficiency with residents.
Positive, energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push or pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Physical health must be verified by a physician's health screening no more than six months before or seven days after employment; must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of screening.
Must be criminally cleared.
