About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Dishwasher at Fremont in Springfield, Missouri. The role is responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and orderly so it runs smoothly. The Dishwasher may also assist coworkers with food preparation, bussing tables, and running food as needed. The schedule is Mondays and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Pay is $15 to $17.50 per hour. The position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the day, and frequently lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be at least 16, meet the stated English communication proficiency, and be criminally cleared.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency with residents.
Must have a positive and energetic attitude and enjoy working with residents.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Keep the kitchen clean and orderly.
Run the dish machine.
Assist with food preparation when requested.
Bus tables and run food as needed.
Be flexible and provide assistance to coworkers.
