About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Housekeeper at Vitalia Stow in Stow, Ohio. The Housekeeper provides housekeeping services for residents, helping make their living spaces comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The role also keeps shared areas—including the lobby and employee break room—tidy and organized. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay is $16.50–$23.75 per hour. The position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping, as well as the ability to lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds and push or pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of eighth-grade proficiency.
Have a positive, energetic attitude and a strong commitment to residents.
Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push or pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Complete a physician-performed health screening no more than six months before or seven days after employment and test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of screening.
Receive criminal clearance.
