About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Housekeeper at Hudson Grande in Hudson, Ohio. The role provides housekeeping services for residents to keep their living areas comfortable, clean, and cozy, and maintains tidy, orderly shared spaces such as the lobby and employee break room. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $16.50–$23.75 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency.
Have a positive, energetic attitude and a strong appreciation for residents.
Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
Be active and able to perform the physical activities required by the role.
Frequently lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds and push or pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Complete a physician-performed health screening no more than six months before employment or within seven days after employment, and test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of screening.
Receive criminal clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide housekeeping services to maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming resident areas.
Keep shared areas, including the lobby and employee break room, tidy and orderly.
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop as required throughout the workday.
Frequently lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds and push or pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
