Housekeeper (Part Time, AM Shifts)
About The Position
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a part-time Housekeeper for morning shifts in a long-term care facility. The Housekeeper helps maintain a clean and safe environment and supports positive experiences for residents and customers. The role includes cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices; following sanitation, safety, infection-control, and universal-precaution procedures; keeping records of cleaning activities; and reporting maintenance or safety issues to a supervisor. The Housekeeper also interacts positively with residents, staff, and guests and performs other assigned duties. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies, and reside within the service area. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. The role requires the ability to follow oral and written instructions, communicate effectively, perform repetitive tasks, work around cleaning products, and meet the stated physical demands. Starting pay is $16.90 per hour, with wages varying according to objective business factors. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
- Reside within the service area.
- Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
- Follow oral and written instructions and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily and continuously.
- Work around cleaning products.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.

- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
- Clean and sanitize areas according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Follow infection-control and universal-precaution policies.
