About The Position

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a part-time Housekeeper for morning shifts at a long-term care facility. The role helps maintain a clean and safe environment and supports positive customer and resident experiences. The Housekeeper cleans and sanitizes resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines; follows infection-control and universal-precautions policies; keeps records of cleaning activities; and reports maintenance or safety issues to a supervisor. The role also involves interacting positively with residents, staff, and guests and carrying out other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Work around cleaning products.
• Follow oral and written instructions and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Reside within the service area.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices as part of daily housekeeping tasks.
• Clean and sanitize areas according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection-control and universal-precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
