About The Position

Under the general direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeper helps ensure the facility and resident apartments are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. The role provides housekeeping services for resident apartments and the entire building, supports resident service, and reports areas or items in need of repair.

Responsibilities

Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for residents.
Engage in prospective resident visits.
Clean resident apartments, including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, emptying trash, making beds, and providing linen service where applicable.
Provide personal laundry service where applicable.
Maintain the cleanliness of the entire building.
Monitor public restrooms throughout the day for cleanliness and adequate supplies.
Maintain regulatory compliance where applicable.
Transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
Note areas or articles in need of repair and report them to the Assistant Director.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Executive Director.
