About The Position

Concord Hospitality is hiring a Housekeeper for the Renaissance Westerville Hotel. The role involves cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms promptly and in accordance with hotel procedures and standards, while helping create a clean, welcoming experience that contributes to guest satisfaction. Housekeepers keep their linen carts orderly and stocked, report room issues and lost-and-found items to a supervisor, safeguard issued equipment and supplies, and respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely manner. The position requires physical cleaning tasks and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
Keep the linen cart neat, well stocked, and orderly.
Report guest-room areas needing attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems.
Maintain the security of issued equipment, keys, and supplies.
Report lost-and-found articles to a supervisor.
