About The Position
Concord Hospitality is hiring Front Desk Agents for the Renaissance Westerville Hotel. Front Desk Agents, also referred to as Guest Services Representatives, are at the hub of guest interaction and create memorable experiences from arrival through departure. They take a proactive, responsive, and caring approach to welcoming and supporting guests throughout their stay. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with starting pay of $16 per hour. The role involves assisting guests, maintaining hospitality standards, resolving concerns, processing charges and payments, handling guest communications, and coordinating guest feedback with hotel departments and management. Associates are expected to understand hotel safety and emergency procedures and to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
- Maintain high service and hospitality standards.
- Address guest concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism.
- Stay knowledgeable about the Renaissance brand, travel programs, and special offers.
- Communicate guest feedback effectively to departments and management.
- Respond quickly to calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing assistance.
- Maintain full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
