About The Position
The Housekeeper is part of EMBREY’s Property Management team at The Artesian at Bee Cave. This role maintains the property’s cleanliness and quality by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service. The position is located in Bee Cave, Texas, and reports directly to the Community Manager.
Requirements
- One year of housekeeping experience in property management or a similar position.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must complete a criminal background check, non-DOT testing, and an MVR check.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain vacant units for leasing, the main office, recreational rooms, model units, restrooms, and laundry facilities daily.
- Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment and notify the Maintenance Supervisor when items need to be ordered.
- Help ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are functional, safe, and attractive.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
