About The Position

The Housekeeper maintains cleanliness standards in resident apartments and community common areas and helps create a home-like environment for residents. The role includes caring for and maintaining equipment and tools used in daily work, complying with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation, and incorporating the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions. This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with 8-hour shifts. Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. CPR and First Aid certification is required, with training available upon hire.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
CPR and First Aid certification; training is available upon hire.
Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

Clean and service residents’ apartments, common areas, guest rooms, and offices.
Change linens in apartments as scheduled.
Perform laundry duties as needed.
Spot-clean carpets as needed.
Service apartments as they become vacant and ensure efficient apartment turnover.
Regularly review the facility’s physical environment and direct requests for repair and replacement.
Assist personnel and residents in establishing a home-like atmosphere.
Care for and maintain equipment and tools used in daily work.
Comply with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation.
Incorporate the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
