Physical Therapist - Bee Cave, TX
About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities in Bee Cave, Texas. Using FOX’s Geriatric House Calls™ model, clinicians help patients improve mobility, independence, wellness, and quality of life. The role offers autonomy to create and manage a treatment schedule and build lasting patient relationships. Clinicians may also incorporate telehealth and other virtual care into their schedules. The position involves evaluating patients, developing individualized plans of care, delivering evidence-based treatment, and documenting in FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards. Clinicians collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place. FOX offers full-time, part-time, and PRN/Fox Flex employment pathways; benefits depend on role eligibility. H1B sponsorship is available for qualified clinicians, and new graduates may be eligible for the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of in-home and community-based care, including specified lifting and patient-assistance activities.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living settings, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
- Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
- Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
- Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
- Provide telehealth or virtual care when appropriate.
- Drive to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model.
- Meet physical demands that include performing CPR, assisting with patient transfers and bed mobility, repositioning patients, standing and walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, performing therapeutic activities, and wearing PPE when required.
