Full Time Housekeeper - Upscale Skilled Nursing
About The Position
Freedom Square of Seminole, an upscale senior living community in Seminole, Florida, is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Housekeeper to join its Environmental Services department. The community offers independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care in a garden-like setting. The role performs general housekeeping duties and completes assigned work in the priority set by the supervisor. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., including every other weekend. The workplace emphasizes hospitality, a clean environment, teamwork, and respectful interactions with residents, coworkers, and guests.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 pounds.
- Ability to communicate, understand, and follow instructions in English.
- Time management skills.
- Attention to detail and sanitation rules.
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping experience; two years preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting surfaces.
- Complete work in the order of priority set by the supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Follow the community’s hospitality promises when interacting with residents, coworkers, and guests.
