About The Position
Freedom Square of Seminole is an upscale senior living community in Seminole, Florida, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care. The community is set on 15 acres and describes its workplace as clean, team-focused, and supportive, with low-acuity patients and good staffing ratios. The Certified Nurses Aide provides patient-centered care to residents and is expected to meet high standards, contribute to extraordinary care, and hold teammates accountable. The role includes assisting residents with daily activities, carrying out treatments and procedures as instructed, observing and reporting results, and helping maintain residents’ rooms. The community emphasizes hospitality, professionalism, respect, responsiveness, and accountability in interactions with residents, coworkers, and guests. This is a part-time position. Requirements
- Current nursing license with the state of Florida.

- Six months of nursing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising.
- Give treatments, perform tests, carry out procedures, and collect specimens as instructed.
- Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures, and specimen collection as instructed.
- Transfer, transport, and escort residents as needed.
- Answer signal lights promptly.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and keep rooms clean and orderly.
- Interact with residents, employees, and guests warmly, respectfully, professionally, and responsively.
