About The Position
The Aspenwood Company is hiring a Housekeeper for The Doliver of Tanglewood, an Independent Living and Assisted Living community with Memory Care. The role involves cleaning occupied and empty apartments and community areas, as well as laundry duties as assigned. Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required; training is available for the right candidate. The role requires a desire to work with seniors and tolerance for behaviors associated with dementia and other aging processes. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and requires availability to work holidays and weekends. All offers of employment are contingent upon a satisfactory background check and drug screening. A $750 sign-on bonus is paid in two installments: $375 after 30 days of employment and $375 after 60 days.
