HOUSEKEEPER (FULL AND PART TIME)
About The Position
Crothall Healthcare is hiring full-time and part-time Housekeepers at HSHS St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role performs light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly hospital environment. No prior experience is required, and training is available. The position involves bending, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Schedules are Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary, and rotating weekends are required. Shift differentials are available: $1.50 per hour for second shift, $2.00 per hour for third shift, and $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts, in addition to base pay. On-site parking is available. The pay range is $16.22 to $17.00 per hour. Requirements
- No prior experience is required; willingness to train.
- Able to perform duties involving bending, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service and one-on-one attention to detail.
- Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
- Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
- Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
- Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
- Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
- Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
- Wipe down glass surfaces.
- Make beds and change linens as required.
- Realign furniture and amenities according to the prescribed layout.
- Respond to guest queries and requests.
- Respond to housekeeping problem calls, such as spills and broken glasses.
- Contribute to team efforts and demonstrate professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
