About The Position
Gross Residential is hiring a positive and dependable Housekeeper for Hampton Club Apartments. The role includes cleaning business offices, recreation centers, common areas, model units, and apartments after move-out. The housekeeper will monitor cleaning-supply inventory, inspect property areas and grounds, and work with on-site managers and maintenance technicians to maintain the property's appearance. The company will also train the housekeeper to fill in as a Leasing Representative.
Responsibilities
- Clean business offices, recreation centers, common areas, and model units, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Clean apartments after move-out to prepare them for new residents.
- Keep model units and common areas clean and maintained according to property standards.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians.
- Regularly inspect common areas, vacant units, and grounds, and coordinate with community staff to maintain the property's appearance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Train to fill in as a Leasing Representative.
