About The Position

The Maintenance Technician performs residential facility maintenance at Hampton Club Apartments. The role requires working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance, the ability to troubleshoot problems, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with on-call rotations.

The technician completes preventive maintenance and repairs, responds to work orders, prepares vacant suites for presentation and move-ins, maintains building interiors and exteriors and grounds, and installs and repairs appliances and plumbing fixtures. The role also involves basic HVAC maintenance, use of hand and power tools, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of residential facility maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to work orders.
• Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins.
• Maintain building interiors and exteriors and perform grounds upkeep.
• Install and repair appliances.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures.
• Perform basic HVAC maintenance.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
