Maintenance Technician - Hampton Club Apartments
About The Position
The Maintenance Technician performs residential facility maintenance at Hampton Club Apartments. The role requires working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance, the ability to troubleshoot problems, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with on-call rotations. The technician performs preventive maintenance and repairs, responds to work orders, prepares vacant suites for presentation and move-ins, and maintains building interiors and exteriors as well as the grounds. Duties also include appliance installation and repair, plumbing fixture installation and repair, basic HVAC maintenance, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of residential facility maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools.
Responsibilities
- Complete a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Respond to work orders.
- Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins.
- Maintain building interiors and exteriors and upkeep the grounds.
- Install and repair appliances.
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures.
- Perform basic HVAC maintenance.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
