About The Position
The Housekeeper keeps all common areas of the Walnut Hill Apartments community clean and ensures vacant apartments are ready for new residents. The position is located in North Royalton, Ohio. The housekeeper works closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians and informs management about safety concerns.
Requirements
- Qualified and dependable.
Responsibilities
- Clean all common areas of the apartment community.
- Vacuum and dust.
- Clean vacant suites.
- Inform management about safety concerns, such as trash in hallways or burned-out bulbs.
- Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
