About The Position

The Housekeeper (Asistente de limpieza) demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests and associates. This position cleans guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures and helps maintain overall hotel cleanliness. No prior experience or training is necessary.

Follow guidelines and adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements, and other company standards and expectations.

Responsibilities

Clean assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas to company standards while in use; stock carts and cart rooms as necessary or as directed by management.
Report maintenance issues directly to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
Report guest property remaining in a checked-out room directly to the front desk and manager on duty.
Assist with and provide reasonable accommodation in response to guest requests whenever possible and practical.
Comply with all safety and security policies and procedures.
Complete all required and annual Extended Stay University training.
Clean other hotel areas as assigned by the manager, including associate breakrooms, guest laundry, fitness rooms, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas.
Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
